Learn more about our Group and reasons to join us onLocation: Orbe, SwitzerlandWork model: On-site / Full-timeType of contract / duration: Permanent contractJob SummaryAs an Industrial Services Maintenance Planner, your mission is to plan, coordinate and optimize the maintenance of Industrial Services in order to ensure the availability, reliability and safety of the facilities. You will intervene while taking into account HSE requirements, available resources, the production schedule as well as the availability of tools and spare parts. You will collaborate closely with your team, but also with the Maintenance teams, the technical store and suppliers. This key role will allow you to connect with specialists, develop your expertise and create an impact for the factory and at the site level (Nescafé, Nespresso, R&D).Your impact as an Industrial Services Maintenance Planner- Pilot the planning and execution of maintenance activities to maximize the availability of production and energy supply facilities: drinking water, water treatment, boiler water production, steam boilers, coffee grounds treatment, clear water and wastewater lifting, compressed air production, cooling water, and industrial refrigeration production.- Coordinate internal and external interventions to ensure efficient shutdowns, restarts and interventions, in line with the production schedule.- Optimize the management of spare parts and consumables with the technical store, to improve intervention times and reliability.- Build, update and make the maintenance schedule and the quality of work orders reliable, to ensure traceability and management through KPIs.- Ensure the update of data and maintenance plans in the systems (SAP / Prometheus), weekly review of PM03, strengthen the connection with Industrial Services technicians and guarantee rigor allowing for high-performance maintenance.- Strengthen safety, quality, 5S and compliance on a daily basis, by identifying risks and proposing concrete solutions.What will make you successful- Technical training (ideally in energy, industrial systems or maintenance) with confirmed field experience.- Heating engineer certificate, strong technical skills and good knowledge of boiler room, water treatment and industrial refrigeration systems.- Ability to apply maintenance planning and execution methods to improve the reliability and availability of utilities.- Knowledge and application of internal compliance requirements (BHSA, ASA and associated procedures).- Structured problem-solving approach, with proactive monitoring of KPIs.- Mastery of digital tools and work order management (SAP) to ensure reliable traceability and efficient execution.- Ease in communication with multidisciplinary teams and partners close to the field, knowing how to mobilize teams, ability to propose improvements.- Fluent in French; English is a strong asset.- Demonstrate courage, sense of urgency, responsiveness and learning agility.At Nestlé, we place people at the heart of everything we do.
