Tasks
Lead and deliver challenging ServiceNow projects across Enterprise Service Management transformations, working either within larger teams or as a trusted advisor on specialized engagements
Guide clients through complex ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Security Operations, IRM and associated modules
Collaborate with client stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery challenges while shaping optimal ServiceNow solution architectures
Work across diverse industries with primary focus on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products and Public Sector
Partner with international colleagues on business development activities, marketing initiatives and practice development
Manage design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles, including project financials and coordination with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of proven experience leading and planning major ServiceNow implementations and business transformation initiatives
Strong background in management consulting with demonstrated ability to manage technical and delivery issues in ServiceNow projects
Expertise in shaping technical designs for ServiceNo
