Your Responsibilities
As Commercial Controller, you will play a key role in creating a consolidated commercial overview across our international group structure. You will work closely with management, production, and global sales entities to ensure transparency and data-driven decision‑making across the entire value chain.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Consolidating financial and commercial data from international subsidiaries into a standardized group reporting structure
* Integrating production and cost data from our manufacturing sites to create a global overview of margins and profitability
* Monitoring profitability across the full value chain — from production costs and logistics to final sales price
* Analyzing revenue development, margins, and commercial spending to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Preparing monthly management reporting packages to support strategic decision‑making
* Conducting data‑driven simulations and business modeling for new market initiatives and organizational changes
* Monitoring commercial expenses against approved budgets to ensure financial discipline and transparency
* Supporting the continuous development of reporting structures, data quality, and financial governance across the group
What You Bring
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in business controlling within an international industrial or manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of the entire value chain, including production, logistics, and sales
* Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
* Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong standards regarding data accuracy and integrity
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment
* Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel occasionally between international locations
