Role Profile
Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Client Advisor assumes the responsibility to personally represent it in front of our customers and is concurrently responsible for presenting the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique. The quality that we would like to offer resides, first of all, in the daily attention to personal appearance within the store, with a style that meets the standards of casual elegance of signature luxury of the brand. Furthermore, appearance signifies a polite, helpful disposition and being attentive to both customers and to colleagues: group work is carried out within the boutique which, under the coordination of the Store Manager, follows all of the necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence. The elements needed to keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy are provided each season, in order to allow the Client Advisor to competently follow and guide the customer through the collection, to trying on and the selection. It is necessary to adhere to a service of sales, which renders our store experience unique and which demonstrates the special attention that accompanies our business from the creation of the collection all the way to the final presentation. Managing the working environment not only includes the appearance in the boutique, the relationship with the customers and conducting sales transactions, but also provides for looking after visual displays: within the store as well as the window displays, both for daily placements and for periodical dressings and amendments. Moreover, managing includes organised administration of the warehouse and inventory, so that the supply and availability respond to an orderly and clear criterion, in absolute support of the communication with customers and the company.

* Represent the company philosophy to customers.
* Adopt and maintain daily personal appearance that reflects the brand’s casual elegance.
* Provide courteous, helpful service and guide customers and colleagues within the boutique.
* Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy each season.
* Assist customers in selecting, trying on and purchasing items, ensuring a unique shopping experience.
* Support visual displays in the boutique and window, including daily placement and periodical dressing.
* Administer warehouse and inventory to ensure availability and support customer communication.
* Maintain an orderly working environment and coordinate with the Store Manager.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English and German.
* Previous retail experience.
* Demonstrated willingness and versatility when interacting with customers worldwide.
* Passionate about fashion, continuously aware of standards and trends.
* Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
