We are recruiting for a position due to a departure:
Social Assistant in a residential facility (100%) - CDI
Location: Lausanne
Start date: As soon as possible
Your contribution to our mission
In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will play a central role in:
* Providing personalized social support
* Organizing care according to current standards
* Contributing to the life and smooth operation of the residence

Key responsibilities
* Managing administrative follow-up and social interviews
* Implementing personalized action plans
* Supporting beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration
* Coordinating with internal and external partners
* Ensuring compliance with residence rules
Your profile
* HES Bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances
* Excellent French skills (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset
* Strong interest in migration issues

Recruitment process in 3 steps:
Interview with the residence manager and HR
Situational test with the social referent
Half-day immersion to discover your future work environment
After the process: submission of a criminal record extract, special extract, and proof from the enforcement office (blank documents required).
