Beschreibung

At Roche, you can show up as yourself, embraced for the unique qualities you bring. Our culture encourages personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections, where you are valued, accepted, and respected for who you are, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally.

The Position: At our Kaiseraugst site, around 1,800 employees with an innovative spirit and high-quality standards ensure the continuous supply of patients worldwide. As part of the Pharma Technical Operations (PT), the site is a central pillar of sterile medicinal product production at Roche.

In the Manufacturing Unit Antibiotics, the traditional product Rocephin is filled and packaged. We use the rare technology of sterile powder filling here.

As an Asset Operation Manager, you have a key role in making the Sterile Filling area of the Manufacturing Unit Antibiotics fit for the future! In this function, you are a central figure in identifying, driving, and implementing process improvements. This contributes to securing the quality of our products and improving the efficiency and robustness of our production. Additionally, as a deputy of the Asset Lead, you are responsible for making operational decisions in consultation with the filling team.

Your main responsibilities include:

* Timely implementation of process improvements in close cooperation with interfaces such as Engineering, QA, MSAT, Materials Management, and global functions.
* Serving as User Team Lead in strategic projects, such as the implementation of new equipment and global initiatives.
* Processing and documenting Changes and CAPAs.
* Representing the Asset Lead by taking over operational decisions in consultation with production experts, line mechanics, team leads, and Technical Asset Care Managers.
* Ensuring the most efficient productivity possible with the team leads through regular analysis and implementation of corresponding measures.
* Participating in trouble-shooting in critical incidents.
* Representing the department during authority inspections and visits as an SME.
* Closely collaborating with other employees in the filling area to identify and implement improvement initiatives.

Who you are: You are a positive, integral, and self-reflective personality with strong team skills. You act proactively and independently with a pronounced hands-on mentality. Your solution-oriented attitude and "Can-Do" mindset characterize your daily actions, and you are willing to work with a high degree of personal responsibility in an open, constructive, and collaborative environment.

You have a quick grasp and great interest in technical processes, combined with routine handling of IT systems (e.g., Google applications and relevant GMP systems like Veeva). You are willing to take responsibility and show great willingness and curiosity for personal development and cross-departmental learning. A team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement and the ability to deliver consistently high performance in a constantly changing environment completes your profile.

Additionally, you have the following skills and qualifications:

* A completed degree in natural sciences or technology or a comparable vocational training in combination with long-term professional experience.
* Several years of professional experience in the GMP environment, ideally in the filling of sterile medicinal products.
* Experience in handling deviations, Changes, and CAPAs, as well as in project management.
* A structured and assertive way of working.
* Fluent German and very good English skills.

The classification of this position ranges from Global Grade SE 5 to SE 6, depending on the qualifications and experience of the applicant.
