We are looking for a Student Solutions Business Marketing Support to join our Group and our Global Portfolio Management Team bringing fresh ideas and reliable support to help drive the development of our global marketing activities.
What is the role about? Are you looking to gain hands‑on marketing experience in a truly global environment and apply your studies to real projects? In this role, you will support the Business Solutions Team in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, contributing to lead‑generation activities, and help publish and update digital content on the Digital Workplace and SharePoint. This gives you valuable insights into international marketing processes while helping us ensure our communication is modern, consistent, and impactful.
Which tasks will you perform? You will:
Update and maintain marketing collateral in alignment with brand guidelines and portfolio requirements.
Support lead‑generation activities, including preparing campaign materials and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Assist in publishing digital content on the Digital Workplace and Solutions SharePoint sites, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and well‑structured.
Collaborate with the Global Solutions Portfolio Manager and the team to support ongoing marketing initiatives and process improvements.
Contribute to organizing and coordinating marketing activities, making sure materials, documentation, and project components are prepared and delivered on time.
What do we expect from you? You:
are enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Engineering, or a related discipline.
bring first experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
have interest in digital marketing, content creation, and commercial operations.
are fluent in English; additional languages are a benefit in our global environment.
communicate clearly, work with accuracy, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
feel comfortable navigating content‑management platforms (SharePoint experience is a plus).
work in a structured way and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
bring a proactive, curious mindset and enjoy learning and collaborating in an international team.
