* Ensure availability of required tools, both hardware and software, to support the team's activities.
Distribution Network - 20%
* Define distribution strategies for existing and new territories, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
* Collaborate with business development on selecting new distribution partners and renewing existing agreements.
* Work with the Contracts team to prepare and finalize necessary contractual documentation.
* Provide timely support to regional sales channels.
People Management - 10%
* Lead and develop the regional Sales and Customer Support teams.
* Manage recruitment, performance, training, and development activities to ensure the team meets business objectives.
* Coach team members in alignment with company values and leadership principles.
Qualifications
* Engineering background with strong technical experience, ideally in rotating equipment or industrial/energy‑related sectors.
* 15+ years of relevant experience in technical markets.
* Strong communication skills and strong team player with leadership capabilities.
* Proven ability to work effectively across functions and in a global environment.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
* Ability to develop strategic plans and drive growth.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
