Key Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the technology transfer and industrialization of product developments, supporting the transition from R&D to production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that new processes are introduced efficiently, on time, and in line with cost and quality requirements.
You will contribute to the implementation of changes in gels manufacturing processes at production sites and support the development of innovative manufacturing methods using new technologies. Your input will help ensure scalability, robustness, and regulatory compliance of the processes.
Additionally, you will be involved in quality-related activities, supporting investigations into non-conformities, CAPA initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Your contribution will help optimize performance and maintain high standards throughout the production lifecycle.
What Will Make You Successful
Knowledge & Skills
* Knowledge in standard ISO13485, ISO14971 and in Good Manufacturing Practice
* Results oriented, able to propose and implement improvements in manufacturing processes and to respect the commitments made
* Knowledge of GMP is an asset
* Knowledge of Statistical tool such as Minitab is an asset
* Use standard IT tools
* Fluent in French and control technical English
Education & Qualifications
* Engineering degree or equivalent
Professional Experience
* At least 2 years in R&D or Process, Engineering or Production ideally gained in the field of medical devices or Pharmaceuticals
