R1603555 – Associate Director, CPSO Demand and Supply Orchestrator Serving as primary interface between the local Market and Global Supply Chain. Responsible for market demand planning as well as in‑market management, coordination, and communication of finished goods supply health for assigned markets/customers and local representatives if applicable. Prepare and execute robust Demand Consensus Meetings as well as Market S&OPs along with the coordination of the S&OE process within CPSO & GSC.
Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two‑week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.
Demand Planning Lead Demand Consensus Meetings with cross‑functional teams (BI&T, Product Managers, Finance, Market Contacts teams). Ensure DCM outcomes, including clear decisions, risk and opportunities, selection amongst low/middle/high scenario for planning case, and escalations to S&OP are documented and circulated.
Partner with markets to reflect internal/external market insight, qualitative adjustments to short‑medium risks and opportunities and intelligence into the forecast.
Ensure demand plans are optimized to manage risk based on market/supply chain dynamics.
Execute ad‑hoc supply analysis to support needs of the business including but not limited to financial reconciliation, KPI analysis and scenario planning.
Monitor demand planning KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Sales consumption. Investigate significant deviations from targets and establish plans for improvement.
Document & investigate gaps between Finance Budget and Supply Forecast and share them through Demand Consensus Meeting, escalation through S&OP.
Partner with BI&T demand forecasters GPS analytics team to continuously improve forecasting multivariate models.
Supply Planning Partner with cross‑functional team to prepare and lead robust Market S&OPs.
Partner with cross‑functional team to prepare Market S&OE, escalation though GSC Tier process.
Execute ad‑hoc analytics to support needs of the business including but not limited to KPI analytics, inventory and write‑off financial impact assessment and scenario planning.
Participate in the integration and coordination of supply strategies between markets/customers and OpU. Supply Chain planning to drive exceptional customer service and in‑market performance.
Support NSPs in implementing regulatory/artwork changes into market/customer supply, minimizing obsolescence while avoiding supply risk.
Support the discontinuation of BMS products in liaison with OpU SC, Regulatory, Business Units leads, Brand Leaders, and key customer/market stakeholders.
Provide input into quarterly inventory projections and budgeting processes. Liaise with supply sites regarding any queries.
Ensure key supply chain metrics including Customer Service or/and OTIF, Inventory, PWO for markets are achieved. Provide analysis and commentary on Backorders, Anticipated Backorders and Potential Write‑off to commercial partners.
Communicate inventory or supply risks that may impact a market/customer, including stock overviews, heat maps, inventory shortages assessments, and obsolescence.
Launch Planning Support New Product Introductions and serve as a conduit for Commercial to the Launch Excellence, SPL & SCPL teams as required.
Execute ad‑hoc analytics to support needs of the business as well as decision making during S&OP including but not limited to 0‑12 weeks and 0‑12 months launch scenario planning.
Collaborate with SCPLs, NSPs, and Demand Planning to ensure market‑level demand changes are incorporated into site production plans efficiently.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required 10‑15 years of related experience within the Pharmaceutical or Consumer industries.
Supply Chain Planning experience, exposure to process, ERP, and Advanced Planning Systems leading practices.
Forecasting and Demand Planning process and KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, MAPE etc.) experience.
Understanding of financial terms (P&L, Budget etc.) and key business drivers impacting Operations.
Knowledge of/exposure to ERP, ideally SAP BW reporting, and related supply chain planning systems and data analysis tools (ex‑Tableau, Excel).
Understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or other regulatory industries.
Basic operational understanding of Logistics, Warehousing and Transportation.
Knowledge of compliance procedures (regulatory/ financial /EHS).
Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the global practices where business is conducted.
