We are seeking several
SENIOR EVENT MANAGERS (m/w/d)
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, execute, and follow up on corporate events of varying scale
* Procure and coordinate third-party services and suppliers
* Manage stakeholders at senior management level
* Lead complex projects and take ownership of the entire event lifecycle
* Supervise and guide junior team members or project teams
* Oversee event attendant management and guest services
* Manage travel activities related to event operations
* Contribute to process optimization and digital event solutions
Qualifications
* Higher education in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the financial or luxury goods sector
* Proven experience in leading projects and managing budgets
* Strong customer orientation and process-oriented work style
* German and English; French is an advantage
* Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends
* Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
* High willingness to travel
