Responsibilities
* Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and developing and maintaining professional relationships.
* Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with local and overseas partners and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
* Conduct outreach to clients via cold calls, email, and meetings, perform timely follow‑ups, and handle administrative work such as contract drafting and coordination.
* Coordinate with clients, internal resources, users, and stakeholders to execute projects.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
* Develop project scopes and objectives.
* Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
* Report and escalates to management as needed.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
* Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, business studies/management or equivalent.
* 1‑3 years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales.
* Strong network to expand the business.
* A can‑do attitude and grit to make things happen, identify and leverage new opportunities.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to accurately communicate to potential users.
* A charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships.
* The ability to negotiate and get the best deal out of every partnership.
* Excellent presentations, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of security technologies.
* Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, science and technology, business studies/management or equivalent.
* Having 5+ years of experience as a project manager or in related fields.
* Good understanding of business process and analysis.
* Leadership ability and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as a team, hardworking, well organized and proactive.
* Good communication in English (both oral and written).
* Strong working knowledge of Ms. Office.
