Role Overview
This position is a hands‑on HR Operations role providing maternity cover within an international business environment. The consultant will work closely with finance and key internal stakeholders, supporting day‑to‑day HR and business operations. The role reports into a global structure (APAC Region) and involves close daily collaboration with senior internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support
* Work closely with the VP, Head of Europe and other senior stakeholders.
* Act as a key point of contact for all European HR matters across the business, supporting managers and employees
* Ensure smooth execution and optimisation of HR processes and business operations
* Coordinate with international stakeholders, including reporting into global HR structures
* Support process improvements and implement best practices within HR operations
Requirements
* Proven experience in HR Operations or Business Operations (hands‑on focus essential)
* Previous experience in interim, contract, or maternity cover roles is highly desirable
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with finance and leadership
* Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
* Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment
* Experience in Pharma/Biotech required
