Treasury Operations Manager (m/f/d) 80 100% Focus on Treasury Management Systems & Digitization
We are looking for a sympathetic, proactive person who likes to take on the varied tasks in our experienced team on its own and who keeps an overview even in hectic times.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
* Lead and support end to end treasury transformation projects with a focus on efficiency enhancement and digital enablement (e.g. payment factory, collection/payments on behalf).
* Design, implement, and continuously improve standardized treasury processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and SAP Treasury (SAP TRM) functionalities.
* Manage cross functional project teams and coordinate with external technology and consulting partners using structured project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
* Optimize system integrations between SAP ERP (e.g., FI, CO, and TRM modules), payment platforms, and financial reporting tools to ensure seamless data flows.
* Leverage data analytics and automation tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, RPA) to enhance treasury insights, decision making capabilities, and reporting accuracy.
* Oversee and optimize cash positioning, liquidity planning, and in house banking processes leveraging SAP Cash Management and Bank Communication Management.
* Enhance and support the groups hedging strategies and risk management frameworks, using system based solutions (e.g., SAP Exposure Management, Market Risk Analyzer).
* Act as a strategic partner in engaging with banks, investors, and internal stakeholders, supporting financing and investment decisions.
Your Qualifications
1. University degree in (quantitative) finance, computer science, accounting, business administration or a comparable field.
2. Several years of hands on experience in corporate treasury, with a strong track record in digital transformation and project delivery.
3. Profound understanding of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM), and knowledge of adjacent SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO and integration arch
