Head of Fiduciary & Client Advisory – Entrepreneurs & Families
Take overall responsibility for the fiduciary and advisory practice – a strategic leadership role offering scope for shaping and influencing, direct client impact, and a long-term development perspective within a demanding and discreet boutique environment.
As Head of Fiduciary & Client Advisory, you assume overall responsibility for the fiduciary practice and personally advise selected entrepreneurial and family clients.
You lead with professional confidence, entrepreneurial insight, and a mindset built on trust and reliability. Your focus lies in the further development of existing mandates, the cultivation of new relationships, and the strategic and structural advancement of the department. Your leadership style is defined by clarity, respect, and the ability to inspire and empower your team.
* Lead and manage the fiduciary team
* Oversee and expand client mandates for entrepreneurs and families
* Identify and develop opportunities within existing relationships
* Build and maintain networks with banks, law firms, and intermediaries
* Advise on matters of structuring, governance, tax, and controlling
* Collaborate across disciplines with Finance, Tax, Governance, HR, and Transactions
* Ensure quality, continuity, and advancement of internal standards and processes
Your Profile
You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and an acute awareness of quality and impact. You view leadership as the ability to set direction, build trust, and enable excellence.
What you bring:
* Leadership experience in a demanding fiduciary or advisory environment – with an interest in development and structure
* Professional depth and the ability to manage complex topics with precision and foresight
* Entrepreneurial mindset and an eye for identifying and realising client potential
* Experience in building and developing teams, structures, and interdisciplinary processes
* Integrity, discretion, and reliability as personal cornerstones
* Fluent in German and English; other languages an advantage
* Completed higher professional qualification, such as certified fiduciary expert, tax expert, auditor, or accounting specialist
