About the Role We are currently supporting a renowned pharmaceutical company in Basel that is expanding its data capabilities within R&D and production environments. To strengthen their data-driven decision-making, we are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong analytical and technical skills.
Your Responsibilities Build, train and deploy machinelearning models and perform advanced statistical analyses
Process, clean and transform large datasets from life sciences, production, laboratory or clinical environments
Develop algorithms, analytical pipelines, and automated workflows
Collaborate closely with R&D, IT, Engineering, QC, QA, and product development teams
Create dashboards, visualizations and decision-support tools for scientific and business stakeholders
Your Profile University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related natural science field
Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machinelearning frameworks
Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or regulated environment is a strong advantage
Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
