To strengthen our IT Operations team, we are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented :
IT Support Field Agent 100%
Provide first and second level IT support to employees at headquarters
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support level
Troubleshooting owned incidents and applying corrective actions
Manage tickets and service requests using the incident management system
Install, maintain, and decommission hardware and software
Ensure availability and maintenance of the local IT infrastructure
Create and maintain user documentation, manuals, and training materials
Restore service quality in a timely and efficient manner
Your profile
Federal diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an equivalent function
Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and network technologies
Familiar with ITIL principles
Service-minded IT generalist with a structured and proactive working style
Native French or German speaker with very good command of the other language; strong English skills (spoken and written)
Team-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently
Strong priority and time management skills and committed to continuous learning
