VANS EMEA is seeking an exceptional Project Manager, EMEA Creative Operations to join our Marketing team in Stabio, Switzerland.

About the Role
The Project Manager, EMEA Creative Operations, will be a key member of the Vans Global Creative Operations team, managing creative development for marketing initiatives in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Creative Operations, you will collaborate with EMEA Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to optimize processes for campaign intake, management, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for EMEA Creative projects, coordinating with Global Creative and EMEA Marketing teams.
* Review creative briefs to ensure clarity on project scope, timelines, risks, and responsibilities.
* Develop and communicate project timelines and milestones.
* Organize kick-offs, reviews, and updates to ensure alignment with project briefs.
* Address project adjustments promptly, keeping stakeholders informed and identifying timeline risks.
* Coordinate resource allocation across projects, considering cross-functional needs and skill sets.
* Utilize creative tools and systems to facilitate timely delivery of assets and streamline workflows.
Skills for Success
We value diverse skills and experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Creative Operations, with a background in in-house or agency environments, understanding of creative and production processes, strong interpersonal and communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile setting. Familiarity with contracts and legal considerations is also beneficial.
Preferred skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Wrike, and Orange Logic DAM, as well as experience with AI creative tools.
