Your tasks
As a Private Markets Product Specialist & Investor Relations Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Investor Relations & Marketing team, responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our investors. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for the private equity industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that our investors are well-informed and engaged, contributing to the overall success and growth of our platform.
Your main areas of responsibility include:
* Investor communication: Assist in preparing regular investor communications and planning, including annual investor conferences and update calls.
* Marketing content creation: Assist in creating marketing materials, pitchbooks, DDQs, and presentations for prospective investors. Support content creation for external marketing platforms.
* Investor lifecycle management: Contribute to RfP preparation, assist with RfP coordination, respond to investor inquiries and due diligence requests, and support due diligence meetings with institutional investors. Assist in co-investment offering processes.
* Fundraising: Support the launch of the upcoming secondaries flagship fund and subsequent new fund offerings, including maintaining data rooms, conducting market analyses, and supporting project management.
* Sales management enablement: Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems; provide analytical support to generate insights for effective sales management.
* Relationship management: Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with existing and potential investors. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
Your profile
* At least 2 years of experience in investor relations or product marketing within investment management, investment banking, private equity, or financial services/consulting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and simplify complex information for stakeholders, including marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
* Proven experience working with client-facing teams and investors, including institutional investors and family offices.
* Strong communication and presentation skills in English; French is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Experience working in a global, multicultural business environment and ability to work in matrix organizations or project teams outside immediate reporting lines.
* Ability to work independently and propose and implement solutions.
* Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating presentations and solid Excel skills for data analysis.
