What You'll Do
* Spearhead automation and industrial systems initiatives across production sites
* Integrate cutting-edge technologies including IIOT, MES, ERP, and PLS
* Lead cross-functional teams with a modern, inclusive leadership style

* Collaborate across departments to implement smart, networked production systems
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in automation leadership, ideally in food or manufacturing
* Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or Systems Engineering
* Fluent in French or German (C1+), with solid English skills
* Strong grasp of industrial digitization, smart factory principles, and interface communication
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
