Responsibilities

* Organization and management of the office / switchboard / reception
* Preparation and follow-up of meetings
* Organization of business trips, booking of flights, hotels and rental cars
* Preparation of documents and research work for management
* Invoice verification, preparatory accounting (travel expense control) and pre-accounting
* Independent creation of evaluations and calculations in Excel
* General commercial activities
* Cash management
* Fleet Management
* Sending newsletters
* Planning internal and external activities such as training, customer and employee events


Your profile

* Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (also in the hotel industry)
* Very good written and spoken English skills
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* Friendly and confident demeanor
* A friendly and competent approach to customers on the telephone
* Independent and reliable working style
* Sense of priorities and self-organization
* High teamwork skills
