Your responsibilities include:
1. Working with CLS (Continuous Linked Settlement) processing within UBS
2. Monitoring system and notification flows between CLS Bank and UBS
3. Processing time-critical payments in the CLS and specialized services areas
4. Providing customer support activities related to CLS Business
5. Communicating with stakeholders via telephone (internal: FX operations; external: banks, CLS third parties)
6. Collaborating on liquidity cases with Credit Risk
7. Engaging with internal stakeholders across departments
8. Investigating trades and payments
9. Generating reports (Nostro Agents, Cash & Trading)
About your team
The CLS department is a global leader in FX Settlement solutions, helping clients reduce risk, improve efficiency, and increase liquidity. You will join the CLS Services team in Opfikon, consisting of eight experienced members who will support you as you settle into your role.

Your expertise
* Strong team spirit and flexibility to adapt working hours as needed
* Proactive, customer-focused, goal-oriented, and self-responsible with a risk-conscious mindset
* Experience in customer service and good IT skills
* Basic knowledge of current banking regulations
* Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
* Strong analytical skills to understand complex relationships and data
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule (CET 05:30 - 24:00)
* Flexibility to work on public holidays occasionally
