Description of the Position
Accelerated Command - This is a unique opportunity to join as a Boeing or Airbus First Officer with an enhanced salary package and an accelerated command upgrade pathway. If you meet the standards and perform well, you will be eligible for accelerated command through an assessment process and upgrade course.

Minimum Salary
Basic salary starts at AED 31,640 (~USD 8,621), excluding flying pay.
Maximum salary depends on the position held.
Minimum required experience
To join our Accelerated Command program, you need:
Minimum of 5,000 hours total flying time (excluding P3, rotary, and piston aircraft)
Minimum of 2,000 hours command time on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with MTOW > 50 tonnes
Currently flying as captain with at least 1,000 hours PIC on Boeing or Airbus
At least 150 hours on type in the past 12 months
Valid ICAO ATPL with matching Authority Class 1 Medical
ICAO English Level 5 or above
