* Create and review technical documentation and specifications related to your field.
* Manage work packages and tasks, taking ownership of technical, budget, and schedule responsibility.
* Participate in Non Conformance Review Boards and propose solutions.
* Serve as technical lead in recruitment and coach junior engineers.
Qualifications
* A master's degree or PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
* A minimum of 10 years' technical experience in the field.
* In-depth knowledge of metallic materials & processes, surface treatments, and adhesive bonding.
