In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture andmaintainmultiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries.Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.You’llreport to Matilda LAMBERT and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to :
* Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations;
* Follow and validate ERP production data;
* Monitor costs and variances;
* Reconcile hours and correct discrepancies;
* Support R&D, tenders, and reporting;
* Track Capex, WIP, and working capital
* Prepare forecasts and KPIs;
* Support audits and internal controls;
* Promote the Code of Ethics.
All About You

* 2–5 years’ experience in Finance;
* Background in Controlling, Audit, or FP&A;
* Basic knowledge of Accounting (IFRS 15 & 16);
* Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large datasets;
* Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented;
* Ability to deep dive into issues and resolve them end-to-end;
* Strong technical skills (Excel, SAP, Qlik);
* Team player with high integrity and sense of accountability;
* Resilient and able to work under pressure;
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
