Jetfly is a market leader in business aviation based in Luxembourg. The company offers access to a fleet of aircraft through shared ownership, with 450 Jetfly Owners across Germany and Europe. The fleet includes 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24) known for Swiss engineering and craftsmanship, providing superior flight experiences. Recently, a Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet, joined the fleet.
As Jetfly continues to grow, we are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to reinforce our Sales Department in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and capable of engaging with prospective and existing UHNW customers. The role involves maintaining an existing portfolio of Jetfly Owners and establishing contact with our target audience to generate new sales opportunities in the German market.
Responsibilities
The role is primarily office-based in Luxembourg. Duties will vary based on daily priorities, with a primary focus on sales objectives.
Acquisition of New Leads & Meeting Generation:
* Research qualified prospects through local and national business press, industry insights, and research tools to identify potential Jetfly customers.
* Send brochures to new leads and existing prospects via the Sales CRM.
* Conduct telephone and email prospecting to build rapport and trust with prospects and their office managers.
* Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Director and Sales Executive.
* Manage and update the sales CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring accurate and current contact information.
Client Account Management:
* Prepare client memos, including flight statistics and aircraft valuations.
* Proactively update proposals, Owner profiles, and bios.
* Follow up on contract termination dates and flight overtime to identify upselling opportunities.
* Prepare flight calculations to estimate pricing and define flight needs.
* Coordinate with the feasibility department for flight studies.
* Assist in preparing, calculating, and monitoring demo flights with relevant departments.
* Handle contract preparations, amendments, and the signature process.
* Gather information and prepare onboarding documents for new clients.
* Occasionally request charter flights.
Minimum qualifications include:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales, client relationship, or hospitality roles.
* Native German and fluent English language skills.
* Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities.
* Effective prioritization skills and high accuracy.
* Autonomous, mature, with good negotiation skills, capable of interacting professionally with High-Net-Worth Individuals.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
* Dynamic, problem-solving attitude, curiosity, positive mindset, and goal-driven.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
