We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst | ETRM to join our team. In this role, you will work across multiple business areas, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our ETRM processes by reporting key metrics, analyzing methodologies, identifying operational enhancements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Key aspects of the role include:
Supporting business users with system-related questions and behaviors;
Ensuring data flows and integration within the system;
Promoting system adoption and proper usage;
Acting as a liaison between internal teams and the system vendor (ION);
Driving process improvements and identifying gaps;
Delivering and maintaining training and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to users by addressing questions related to system usage and behavior;
Monitor the integration and consistency of data within the TPT system;
Track system usage and adoption across business teams, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement;
Liaise with ION to prioritize and follow up on issue resolution and system-related incidents;
Identify and report process gaps to management, suggesting improvements or mitigation actions when necessary;
Conduct or coordinate periodic training sessions to ensure proper use of the system;
Maintain up-to-date training and functional documentation for TPT.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of trading lifecycle and risk processes (commodities preferred);
Hands-on experience with TPT (TriplePoint) or similar trading systems is a plus;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work cross-functionally with business users, IT, and vendors;
Proficiency in documentation and training delivery.
