About the Role
Richemont is looking for a Procurement Category Manager dedicated to Corporate Services categories. Reporting to the Category Director Corporate & Operations, you will develop and drive comprehensive global category strategies while supporting Central Functions, Maisons, and Regions Procurement community to optimize sourcing and supplier management.
This role is instrumental in ensuring optimal value creation and cost efficiency through category expertise, market knowledge and strong relationship management.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Global Category Strategy Development & Leadership
o Develop, define, and implement comprehensive global category strategies aligned with Richemont’s business needs.
o Lead execution and roll‑out across Maisons and regions via stakeholder engagement.
o Drive value creation, cost reduction, and innovation across the assigned categories.
* Sourcing, Market Intelligence & Supplier Relationship Management
o Manage complex tenders, negotiations, and contract management for global and central agreements.
o Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence, maintaining knowledge of the global supplier landscape.
o Develop and deliver SRM programs, leading strategic business reviews with key suppliers.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
o Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions, Maisons, and Regions.
o Act as a trusted advisor on procurement best practices, market insights, and supplier capabilities.
o Support central functions sourcing needs for central spend & global initiatives.
* Performance Management & Compliance
o Monitor category performance, track KPIs, and report progress against objectives.
o Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing processes, ethical guidelines, and regulations.
What You’ll Experience Success With Us
You are an established and versatile procurement professional with 7+ years of experience in a structured environment, strong category management skills, and experience in Corporate services area—ideally Security & Facilities Management.
