Responsibilities:
1. Communicate daily with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
2. Identify and seize marketing and sales opportunities.
3. Support the acquisition of new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) sector.
4. Collaborate with clients to provide tailored marketing solutions that meet their business goals.
5. Use client data to offer custom recommendations and insights.
6. Qualify businesses for handover to skilled account managers, aiming to increase customer revenue.
7. Utilize tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and marketing activities.
8. Gather and relay customer feedback regularly to improve advertising products and strategies.
Qualifications:
1. German proficiency at C1 level minimum.
2. Experience in Marketing or Sales preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Familiarity with marketing tools and software.
5. Ability to understand and meet client needs with tailored solutions.
