Expert ServiceNow Solution Architect

As a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering world-class ServiceNow-based solutions across various client projects. Your primary focus will be on leading scoping, design, and implementation activities to ensure the successful deployment of these solutions.

* Lead Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather requirements and create well-documented specifications for their ServiceNow implementations.
* Technical Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints to provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.
* Solution Design: Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture that ensures long-term success using ServiceNow's technical standards and best practices.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS, as well as deep understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions.
* Certifications: Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) and certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
* Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills in English, with proficiency in French and German a plus.
