This role involves monitoring and inspecting content, working closely with the team's Technical Writers, reporting on any quality-related issues, and providing training to Technical Writers.This is where you'll excelYou oversee the correction and review of documentation created by the local Technical WritersYou establish, improve, and update writing guidelines for English content creation, and structure modular texts within the CMS System ST4You assume the responsibility for quality and standards as an ambassadorYou assume responsibility for creating and updating documentation included with products based on norms and company-internal standardsYou coach and mentor junior technical writers and onboarders across different businesses and conduct training courses for new onboardersYou complete timely and accurate audits; report on findingsYou ensure all relevant regulations, work rules, and quality procedures are followed on the departmentThese are the skills you'll needYou possess a high level of technical expertiseYou have advanced user knowledge in XML-based editing systems, preferably ST4 and have knowledge of media editingExcellent knowledge of written and spoken English, C1 or equivalentYou focus on service and customer-orientation and a commitment to qualityYou can work on a team and independently, and have good communication skills, and a sociable demeanourYou are willing to work with international teams, with sound intercultural skills & understandingYou have the ability to convey difficult concepts in a simple and understandable manner10 – 15 % of travel for onsite trainingQuestions?
