Overview
SR SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE role at TE Connectivity.
Responsibilities
* Developing and executing sales development plans to penetrate new markets, industries, and applications.
* Prospecting and contacting potential customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings to introduce products or services and schedule follow-up meetings.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
* Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product, to develop sales enablement materials, content, and campaigns that support the sales development process.
Qualifications
* Familiarity and experience selling or designing with Hyperscale and ODM customers is strongly preferred.
* Knowledge of Cloud architecture (server, switch, storage, AI, related ICs and protocols).
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
* Background in interconnects, copper cables.
* 7+ years of key account management experience preferred.
* Strong customer focus throughout all levels of management.
* Ability to engage with Customer Development Engineers and Purchasing.
* Strong presentation skills, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Persuasive personality required.
* Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, especially on calls with Asia in the US evening time zone.
* Location: Preferably Guadalajara.
* Travel: 10%–25%.
