Textile Recycling Process Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Textile Recycling Process Development Engineer to lead the development and engineering of our state-of-the-art Wet-Dope-Spinning-Process for cellulosic fibres. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced process engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of sustainable textile recycling solutions.

**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing engineering and process development of the Wet-Dope-Spinning-Process for cellulosic fibres. This will include overseeing equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of equipment, as well as scaling the process from laboratory to industrial production in cooperation with the lab team. Additionally, you will ensure timely and on-budget execution of projects and drive the scale-up of chemical recycling processes to commercial levels.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage engineering and process development of the Wet-Dope-Spinning-Process for cellulosic fibres.
* Oversee equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
* Scale the process from laboratory to industrial production in cooperation with the lab team.
* Ensure timely and on-budget execution of projects.
* Drive the scale-up of chemical recycling processes to commercial levels.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in chemical or process engineering or a comparable field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a process engineering position, with operational experience within chemical, oil and gas, or polymer processing industries. Additionally, you will need the ability to work with process simulation and fluid mechanics software, such as Pro-II. Fluency in English is required, with possible German language skills desirable. Experience in Switzerland is also a plus.

* The start date is ASAP in Winterthur.
