Working closely with colleagues across PwC’s global network, the team combines technical tax expertise with a strong understanding of transactions, restructuring and business strategy to support clients in an increasingly complex and fast‑moving environment. /ph3Your impact /h3ulliProvide proactive tax advice to a diverse client portfolio, with a primary focus on private equity and real estate clients, on international tax implications related to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. /liliLead and coordinate multi‑country MA and restructuring projects, including tax due diligence, transaction and holding structuring, SPA review, tax modelling and post‑completion tax advisory. /liliGuide and develop associates and senior associates throughout complex tax projects, fostering technical excellence and collaboration across borders. /liliCollaborate with colleagues to further develop the financial services, private equity and real estate tax practice, strengthening client relationships and expanding the service offering. /liliContribute to a working environment characterised by team spirit, trust and mutual support, while continuously developing leadership capabilities. /li /ulh3Your skill set / Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree or an above‑average bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or law, with a focus on tax or international tax; an LLM in international tax is an asset. /liliAt least four years of relevant professional experience in international taxation and MA‑related tax matters; exposure to private equity or real estate clients is an advantage. /liliProven experience in managing and coordinating multi‑country tax projects in an international environment. /liliAbility to lead, coach and develop senior associates and associates on complex tax engagements. /liliStrong analytical mindset with a flair for numbers, financial models and valuations, combined with a solid understanding of legal concepts. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
