In this role, you will act as a trusted finance business partner, combining strong analytical expertise with commercial acumen in a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment.
Job Description
Act as finance business partner to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational decisions
Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budgets
Perform variance analysis, profitability and cost‑structure analysis
Support long‑range financial planning, investment cases and business scenarios
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports
Improve financial processes, data quality and reporting automation
Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A and operational teams
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced tech environment
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
4+ years of experience in Controlling / Financial Analysis / Business Controlling, ideally in a technology, digital or international environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
Solid experience with forecasting, budgeting and management reporting
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI) is an advantage
Fluent English and very good German skills
Proactive, structured and communicative personality with a business‑oriented mindset
