Overview
We are looking for a visionary Cluster General Manager (H/F)to lead our hotels in Zermatt, Switzerland– including the Mont Cervin Palace, the Schweizerhof Zermatt, and the Hotel Monte Rosa– within the prestigious Michel Reybier Hospitality collection.
This is anewly created positionand a unique opportunity to shape the future of several landmark properties, driving operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and empowering teams to deliver outstanding performance across the cluster.
Your Mission
* Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations across several luxury hotels and restaurants in Zermatt.
* Define and implement a coherent sales & marketing strategy to strengthen positioning and drive profitability.
* Elevate operations in line with the group’s standards of excellence.
* Handle unexpected challenges and adjust plans quickly
* Builds strong teams and develops future leaders.
* Act as the ambassador of Michel Reybier Hospitality in Zermatt, representing the group with guests, partners, and the local community.
* Inspire, mentor, and develop teams to deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
Desired Profile
* Proven background in luxury hospitality management,
* Strong expertise in operations with a solid focus on Food & Beverage and guest relation
* Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and innovation-oriented mindset.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multicultural teams in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication, cultural awareness, and sense of responsibility.
* Fluency in German, English and French
