Lead Finance Analyst – Internal Reporting (R-077112) – finance manager internal reporting; commercial reporting for IBP, PVM, and LRFP.
This transformational role supports the SigniFi program—a multi‑year global finance transformation initiative—by developing enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities.
Open positions in New Jersey (USA), Beerse, Antwerp (Belgium), Wokingham (UK), and Zug (Switzerland). Remote work may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deploy advanced analytical and financial reporting solutions across the organization, utilizing SigniFi systems architecture.
* Collaborate with finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities at local, regional, and global levels by providing analytics, governance, and training.
* Deliver insightful analytics and strategic recommendations to support interim and long‑term management reporting objectives.
* Support squad teams in designing and executing innovative solutions, ensuring business processes and capabilities are integrated and deployed effectively.
* Partner with Data Design Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, change management, communications, and training teams.
* Maintain the integrity of financial data analytics and uphold internal reporting standards across the enterprise.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
* Minimum 4 years of finance or accounting experience.
* Experience developing reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools.
* Hands‑on experience in data integration and modeling to create trusted financial data models and a single source of truth (preferred).
* Knowledge of FP&A processes/tools in a global organization, financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX controls, and US GAAP (preferred).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information confidently.
* Proactive, collaborative, continuous‑improvement mindset with attention to detail.
