* Technical degree in IT or in electronic, completed by a certification in project management

* Plan the services production preparation and collaborate with sports solutions manager for the flawless delivery of our technology services and for the integration of new technology systems.
* You proactively liaise with customers and stakeholders to anticipate and understand expectations/competition trends.
* Act as a team leader to review production effectiveness and procedures.
* Apply the Sports Services Production quality assurance processes, policies and procedures, and manage necessary corrective or improving actions.
