Real Estate Accountant - German C1 - 100% Remote Work
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Accountant to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
Your tasks:
- Independently manage the accounting of a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings
- Prepare heating and service charge statements as well as periodic closings
- Monitor cash flow and participate in treasury management
- Manage debtor and creditor accounts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and financial reporting
Your profile:
- Proven experience in real estate accounting in property management in Switzerland
- Very good understanding of the challenges related to managing real estate portfolios
- French and excellent command of German (minimum C1 level) both spoken and written
- Rigorous, autonomous and solution-oriented person
- Knowledge of a real estate management software is an advantage
