WITH SHIFT, a Digital Transformation Partner based in Switzerland, is seeking a Growth Community Manager to ignite and scale the Coffee School into a year-round global movement. Building on seven years of heritage—an annual cohort of 60 participants and a 300+ alumni network—you'll turn ambition into action: 600 active leaders in Year 1 and 6,000 engaged "passionistas" by Year 2. You'll blend cheerleader-level communications, AI-powered digital enablement, and tight operating discipline to connect 60,000 employees across sourcing, R&D, brands, and retail—turning expertise into community, and community into impact, from sustainable farming to AI-driven learning.

Your Role
As Growth Community Manager, you'll scale the Coffee School into an always-on, global community: orchestrate multi-market campaigns and AI-powered learning, align sourcing/R&D/brands/retail, and turn 300+ alumni into 600 leaders in Year 1 and 6,000 passionistas in Year 2. You'll run the operating cadence (roadmap, sprints, rituals), coach the ambassador network, ship high-impact content, and drive KPIs across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—turning complexity into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate Coffee School initiatives end-to-end—from concept to post-launch stabilization (content, platform, community ops).
* Own the master plan and calendar (cohorts, campaigns, releases), ensuring milestones and growth targets (600 leaders Y1 / 6,000 passionistas Y2) are met.
* Drive cross-functional alignment across sourcing, R&D, brands, and retail; mobilize the alumni/ambassador network globally.
* Oversee multi-market rollout of the Coffee School digital platform and learning experiences, with rigorous quality and localization.
* Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and implement clear mitigation playbooks (tech, content, data, comms).
* Define phases, release plans, and capacity with stakeholders; balance community, product, and content workstreams.
* Track budgets and performance; provide transparent, cadence-based updates with KPI dashboards (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention).
* Apply agile and waterfall where appropriate; run sprints/rituals, standardize playbooks, and continuously improve.
Your Profile
* Mandatory: native English, true coffee-passionate
* Comms & Editorial: Craft narratives, channel mix, hooks & tone for a global expert audience.
* Content Maker: Write, edit, ship—posts, learning bites, spotlights, video scripts.
* Community Platforms: Viva (Engage/Learning), Teams, SharePoint, Stream—design spaces, paths, rituals.
* AI Enablement: Build/iterate Microsoft Copilot agents (sources, prompts, governance, telemetry).
* Measurement: Set pragmatic dashboards (engagement, time saved, competency gains) and act on signals.
* Soft Skills: Program face & cheerleader; ultra-structured operator; connector/moderator who codifies answers.
* Experience & Toolbox: 3–5+ yrs in community/comms/L&D/digital at global scale; tools incl. Copilot, Power BI, Canva/Adobe, basic video editing.
