Responsibilities
1. GMP-compliant analytical testing of biologics for drug substance release, stability, and characterization
2. Support of analytical method validation and transfer, including drafting technical protocols and reports
3. Troubleshooting and optimization of analytical methods to ensure reliable laboratory execution
4. Release and stability testing of biologics, including relative potency determination in line with cGMP
5. Documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) and support of equipment maintenance, calibration, and qualification
Profile
6. Laboratory technician EFZ or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
7. Hands-on experience in a GMP laboratory environment
8. Experience with analytical and biochemical techniques, HPLC/UPLC, CE, binding assays, cell-based assays, PCR
9. Strong English communication and documentation skills (German is advantageous)
10. Reliable team player with a strong quality mindset and attention to detail
