Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Human Resources team
* Define and implement their long-term HR strategy
* Manage and enhance HR policies, processes, and structures to support business goals
* Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to executive leadership on all HR-related matters
* Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
* Develop and promote a positive workplace culture that fosters engagement, diversity, and employee well-being
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at national and international levels
Your Profile
* Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field, with additional professional qualifications (e.g., MAS, MBA, or equivalent)
* Extensive leadership experience in HR, ideally in a senior management role
* Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
* High level of intercultural competence and emotional intelligence
* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
* Experience in the aviation or aerospace sector is a plus
* Willingness to be based in the region of Chur
