About the Role
As an intern within QCProjects, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational activities across multiple projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates (Bachelor’slevel or similar) eager to deepen their understanding of project management, quality control processes, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced GMP environment.
You will work closely with project leaders and technical experts, gaining broad exposure to QC activities while driving your own responsibilities and continuously developing your professional skills.
What you will do:
Project Support & Coordination
1. Actively support QC Projectsin the planning, execution, and tracking of project activities.
2. Manage and streamline data requests, ensuring efficient and lean processes across stakeholders.
3. Prepare andmaintainsampling plans, QC datasystemsand sampling data to support testing strategiesand customer requests
Innovation &ContinuousImprovement
4. Contribute to ongoing innovation and digitalization initiatives within QC.
5. Drive selected work packages independently-based on your experience
6. Support or co-lead improvement activities aimed at simplifying workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
What we are looking for:
7. Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Life Sciences or related fields; ideal for Lab Analysts or candidates seeking first experience in pharma and QC.
8. Strong organizational skills and motivation to work in a structured project environment.
9. Interestin project management, QC processes, and the biopharmaceutical industry.
10. A proactive mindset, willingness to take ownership, and enjoyment of collaborative teamwork.
11. Strong communicationskills (Englishand basic Germanisrequired).
12. Curiosity, reliability, and openness to learn new tools, methods, and technologies.
