Responsibilities
* Lead QA efforts across multi-module Guidewire platforms.
* Define and drive test strategies, metrics (e.g. STP, defect leakage), and test governance.
* Mentor QA engineers and oversee quality across sprints.
* Collaborate with product and delivery stakeholders in Agile/SAFe contexts.
Requirements
* 7+ years in QA, with 3+ years in lead roles.
* Strong experience in enterprise platforms (Guidewire preferred).
* Proficient in managing test teams, automation strategies, and reporting.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and team mentoring skills.
* ISTQB Advanced or equivalent leadership certifications.
