Together, we create cutting‑edge prototypes, samples, and custom footwear in close collaboration with various research and design departments across On.
Your mission
* Support the additive manufacturing (3D printing) cell within The Dream On Labs.
* Assist in preparing files and determining the productability materials for both additive and – - subtractive manufacturing processes.
* Service 3D printers, contribute to post‑processing tasks, and help maintain high standards of workshop etiquette.
* Learn to operate advanced machinery safely and effectively.
* Collaborate with a wide range of teams across R&D.
* Proactively address challenges by suggesting innovative solutions.
Your story
* Bachelors, Masters or Technical Diploma in a relevant field.
* A passion for creating and a strong affinity for hands‑on making.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
* Positive mindset with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
* Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
* Solid understanding of computer‑assisted manufacturing processes; experience with slicing and CAM software is a plus.
* Experience with 3D Printers or workshop machinery is a plus.
