You will ensure high-quality releases by embedding robust testing practices throughout the development lifecycle, while also leading QA initiatives, mentoring team members, and continuously improving testing standards and processes leveraging AI tools. /p pYou will collaborate closely with Product team, Designers, Software Engineers and other stakeholders across Swissquote to deliver a reliable, scalable, and high-performing product. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, own, and evolve the QA strategy, as well as the technical roadmap for the implementation /li liLead and coordinate QA activities across projects and teams, acting as a reference point for other QA engineers /li liMentor and support QA team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning /li liElaborate, maintain and implement detailed test plans, help define acceptance criteria for different scenarios /li liApply testing methodologies to assure quality of the products along with accessibility tests /li liGather requirements, identify operational improvements area and test cases and develop automation tests /li liCollaborate closely with engineers, product owners, designers, business analysts to build test programs and recommend improvements /li liEstablish and track key quality metricsto guide decisions /li liIdentify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives to improve product reliability and user experience /li liEvaluate and introduce innovative tools (including AI-powered testing solutions) to improve efficiency and product quality /li liAct as a quality advocate across teams, influencing engineering and product decisions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li+5 years experience in Software Quality Assurance for mobile (iOS/Android) application testing /li liProven experience in a senior or lead QA role, with ownership of testing strategy and processes /li liProven experience in delivering test frameworks, manual testing and automation testing tools /li liSolid understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) from Agile and DevOps /li liProactive and adaptable to a fast-growing environment /li liHigh attention to detail, including UI/UX quality and consistency cross-platform (Android / iOS) /li liFamiliar with CI/CD integration, Jenkins Pipeline, Android Studio, Xcode, Espresso, Appium, XCUI, Postman, Firebase, SQL/Oracle /li liGood Knowledge of accessibility is a plus /li liFamiliarity with AI-driven testing tools is a strong plus /li liKnowledge and experience with Allure TestOps is a strong plus /li liKnowledge in financial products and banking is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
