Job Responsibilities
Manage non-financial annual reporting: Set reporting standards and requirements, lead cross-functional reporting team, ensure data integrity and auditor coordination.
Manage sustainability ratings / rankings: Oversee reporting quality and continuous improvement, analyze results, propose enhancements, and benchmark against stakeholders.
Streamline reporting processes: Establish reporting framework, lead double materiality assessment, and support implementation of reporting IT solutions.
Reporting thought leadership: Monitor reporting requirements, train stakeholders on changes, engage on performance reporting, and serve as the internal reporting point of contact.
Requirements
Master's Degree in environmental or sustainability management, economics, controlling, or accounting.
5+ years of experience in industry or consultancy.
Proficiency in project and stakeholder management.
Business fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting and rating standards: GRI, SASB, CSRD, CDP.
Ability to work independently and be self-driven.
