Currently, Lonza is undergoing a significant transformation, with a focus on increasing efficiency through Lean principles. The Logistics team regularly reviews its services to ensure they meet the needs of the divisions, aligning with benchmarks and best practices.
As a Project Manager, you will define, design, and implement dedicated programs on-site, from initiation to execution. You will manage senior stakeholders, lead project teams, and ensure the successful achievement of program goals and benefits. Depending on your certifications and experience, you will also work to embed Lean principles into the organization's ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying areas for improvement and aligning priorities with senior stakeholders or the Site Leadership Team in Visp.
* Preparing program delivery plans based on a thorough analysis of the current situation, challenges, and defining clear scope, targets, and business cases, considering cross-functional requirements.
* Ensuring successful program delivery by engaging and influencing project team members and embedding change agents across departments.
* Leading Steering Committee updates, decision requests, and proactively managing risks and bottlenecks.
* Managing dependencies, ensuring alignment, and driving synergies with other programs and initiatives, while embedding Lean standards throughout.
Key requirements include:
* A Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Logistics, or a similar qualification.
* Lean Management Certification (Yellow Belt or above).
* Fluency in English and German.
