Your tasks:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, business partners and professional associations
- Developing concepts
- Leading and coordinating projects
- Monitoring financial indicators
- Executing plans and project diagrams in the sanitary field
- Supervising construction works
- Planning and managing medium to large-scale projects
- Technical support and guidance for sanitary project managers
- Participating in the preparation of bids
- Participating in HVAC coordination
- Preparing preliminary measurements and quotations
- Monitoring works, deadlines and invoicing
- Cost estimation of sanitary installations
- Experience in sizing special fluids (compressed air, steam): an asset
Your skills and qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of sanitary installations
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a sanitary project manager position
- Sanitary draftsman CFC, ideally complemented by a federal diploma or a higher technical diploma in building technology, or an equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of the local market
- Knowledge of Swiss standards
- Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Dynamic and able to work in a team
- Strong interest in energy and sustainable development
- Proficient with common IT tools
- Knowledge of English or German is an advantage
