Your responsibilities:
As Infrastructure Manager, you lead the "service" and are responsible for its smooth operation, managing its human resources (team of 3 collaborators) and material resources. In this role, you report to the Head of the Administration and Support Sector and collaborate with colleagues from various sectors to ensure proper infrastructure management throughout the canton.
Ensure quality delivery as a support and assistance service within the organisation;
Manage the infrastructure of offices, activity locations, day and night reception centres (search for premises, lease management, works management, etc.);
Manage necessary deadlines and various files for the smooth running of the sector (rental leases, insurance, etc.);
Coordinate with site and team managers the maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning interventions of the various premises;
Supervise the infrastructure manager for the management of transitional housing infrastructure, keys and access for the organisation, and administrative management of the vehicle fleet (trucks and cars);
Supervise the work of the caretaker and cleaning staff;
Ensure follow-up of quotes and invoices;
Manage the "service" administration: drafting various documents, managing mailboxes, processes, etc.;
With the Head of Sector, ensure the management of the organisation's insurance contracts and participate in the preparation and maintenance of the service's annual budget.
Your profile:
Federal diploma as a property manager, specialist in technical business management, maintenance agent, or equivalent diploma;
Proven experience of at least 5 years in infrastructure and building management (e.g., labour companies, construction, property management, municipal administration, etc.), as well as team management;
Excellent command of French, comfortable with written and oral communication;
Excellent knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite);
Interest in the social sector.
With the ability to organise, plan, prioritise, and support technical and organisational developments, you can easily set priorities taking into account the interests of various stakeholders within the institutional framework. You have a comprehensive approach enabling effective resolution of situations or problems, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude, to provide quality services and support a dynamic service in carrying out its activities.
